1. Can grandparents send a COLLEGEBOX?
Absolutely. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, and family friends send boxes all the time. Anyone who loves a college student can be the reason they smile this month.
2. I'm not great with technology. Is this hard to set up?
Not at all. If you can text a photo, you can do this. You upload your photos once, and we handle everything else, every month. It takes about five minutes.
3. What if my student has dietary restrictions or allergies?
Tell us at checkout and we will swap anything that does not work. We handle nut-free, gluten-free and vegan boxes every month.
4. Can I cancel or pause anytime?
Yes. Pause or cancel from your account at any time, with no contracts and no cancellation fees.
5. What happens when I run out of uploaded photos?
We will email you before the last one is used so you can upload more. Nothing is ever printed twice without you asking for it.
6. When does the box ship each month?
Boxes go out at the start of every month and usually arrive within a week. Shipping is always free.
7. What is the difference between the Essential, Connect, and Closer plans?
Every plan includes snacks, a printed photo from home and a message card. Connect adds a surprise treat, and Closer adds premium snacks, two 5x7 prints and a custom-designed card.
8. What happens to my photos if I cancel?
They stay in your account so you can restart without uploading again, and you can delete them yourself whenever you want.
9. How good does the photo print quality look?
We print on premium photo paper, the same quality you would frame at home. Any smartphone photo from the last 5 years will look great.
10. Can I update my message card each month?
Yes. Write a new note from your account before the monthly cut-off and we will print that one instead.
