Return Policy

At CraveBox, we take food safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction seriously.

Because our products contain consumable food items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a snack box has left our facility, we cannot verify that food products have been stored, handled, or maintained in accordance with applicable food safety standards. As a result, returned food products cannot be restocked, resold, or redistributed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Snack boxes and food products
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Gift orders
  • Opened or unopened food items
  • Promotional, clearance, or discounted products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cravebox.com.

To assist with our review, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Upon verification, CraveBox may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the affected item(s)
  • Issue a store credit
  • Provide a refund
  • No Action

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of CraveBox's control. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact CraveBox directly to resolve any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

CraveBox vigorously contests fraudulent or invalid chargebacks. In the event of a dispute, CraveBox may provide supporting documentation including, but not limited to:

  • Order records
  • Customer communications
  • Tracking information
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Carrier records
  • Product descriptions and website disclosures
  • Fraud-prevention and verification data

Chargebacks filed for orders that were successfully delivered, received as described, or otherwise comply with this Return Policy may be disputed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Customers who initiate abusive, fraudulent, or repeated chargebacks may have future orders canceled or refused at CraveBox's sole discretion.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return Policy and understands that food products are non-returnable due to food safety regulations.
