At CraveBox, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so your snacks arrive fresh and on time.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • Major holidays
  • Peak gifting seasons
  • Severe weather events
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • High order volume periods

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery estimates displayed on our website are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only. While we work hard to meet these timelines, CraveBox cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Typical transit times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Based on carrier selection at checkout

Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control.

Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions, including any free shipping thresholds, apply only to qualifying orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

CraveBox is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Undeliverable addresses
  • Failure to receive a package at the delivery location

If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

CraveBox is not liable for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Lost packages after delivery
  • Packages delivered to the address provided by the customer
  • Delivery issues resulting from unsecured delivery locations

Customers are encouraged to ship orders to secure locations whenever possible.

Carrier Delays

CraveBox is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier operational issues
  • Labor disruptions
  • Government actions
  • Peak-season shipping congestion
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Shipping charges are non-refundable for carrier-related delays.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@cravebox.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package exterior
  • Photos of the damaged items

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or a package appears lost in transit, please contact us. CraveBox may assist in filing a carrier investigation and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution at our discretion.

Shipping Restrictions

CraveBox currently ships only to locations where our products may be legally sold and delivered. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped due to carrier, regulatory, or operational restrictions.
